Ageing

These wines are aged for 10 months in French and American oak barrels

Pairing

These wines are excellent companions of beef, veal and lamb. Also go along with roasted chicken, duck or goose preparations. Serving suggestions at 18ºC to 20ºC.

Vinification

The grapes for these wines were fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 30ºC followed by a 6-day post-fermentation process. Upon completion of the malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Wines with great concentration and firm, ripe tannins with a mouth-filling palate and a persistent fruity finish.
