Vinification
Red Wines: The must fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at 28ºC, followed by a 3-day post-fermentation maceration. After that, the wine stays in stainless steel tanks until its bottling date. Sauvignon Blanc: The must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC for 25 days. The new wine was fined, filtered, and carefully bottled.
Tasting Notes
Red Wines: Well rounded with exceptionally good balance and persistence. Sauvignon Blanc:Young and fresh with pleasing balanced acidity.
